Terms of service
These terms govern use of ZiePie ("the Service"), operated by Zie Pie LLC ("ZiePie", "we"). By using the Service you agree to them.
1. The Service
ZiePie is a theming and report-layout tool that produces Power BI Project (.pbip) files. It does not connect to or process your business data. Power BI is a product of Microsoft Corporation; ZiePie is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft.
2. Accounts
You need an account with a valid email address to use the Service. Every account belongs to a firm; the person who creates the firm is its administrator and can invite others, assign roles and manage billing. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
3. Plans, pages and billing
- Pages. Exports are metered in pages: each report page in an export uses one page, charged once when the export succeeds. Failed exports are not charged. Re-downloading a finished export is free; exporting a report again is charged again. An export needs enough pages for the whole report.
- Free. Each new firm receives 15 pages once, valid for 180 days.
- Pro. $10.99 per month, billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Each paid month adds 100 pages. While subscribed you can buy extra packs of pages at the prices shown at checkout.
- Expiry. Every payment extends all of your firm’s remaining pages to 180 days from that payment. Unused pages expire at the end of that period.
- Cancelling. You can cancel any time; Pro ends at the end of the paid month and your remaining pages stay usable until they expire. Payments are not refunded except where required by law.
- Price changes. We may change prices with 30 days’ notice by email. Changes apply from your next billing period.
4. Your content
You own the reports, themes, logos and exported files you create. You grant us only the licence needed to store and display them to you and your firm and to operate the Service. You confirm you have the rights to any logos or images you upload.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer or resell the Service, share one person’s sign-in with others, or use the Service to infringe anyone’s rights.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ZiePie is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@ziepie.com. We may suspend or end accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practical.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.
